Hiranya Kojagiri

The annual festival of Kojagiri Poornima is celebrated here by the no. of families with a glance. Kojagiri Poornima or Ashwin Poornima is celebrated on the full moon day of Ashwin (September-October). As the rainy season passes, the sky becomes clear and the moon shines in the sky with full brightness. So, it looks beautiful, which is very traditional. It is also known as the Kaumudi, meaning moonlight.

Hiranya Navratri

"Nava-ratri" literally means "nine nights." This festival is also celebrated in Hiranya Resort, once in the onset of winter. During Navaratri, we invoke the energy aspect of God in the form of the universal mother, commonly referred to as "Durga," which literally means the remover of miseries of life.
